Refund policy

Komplete Pte Ltd is trades electronic products and wares solutions for commercial clients.

Trading Policy:

We do not offer a return policy or refund policy due to the nature of business.

Should any item not be in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will provide a replacement within 2-4 weeks if items are non-standard, time will vary. We will need require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will provide an hourly rate for servicing or repairs prior to the appointment should products are deemed faulty at no error of ours.

We will provide 12 months warranty should you opted for our delivery and installation services.
